MY STORY AS A GIRL WITHOUT A VAGINA! by Nkechi Anastasia Ugochukwu

I do receive many personal stories of the plights of the girl child but this story really touched me.

Hello Nk
My name is Ifeoma (not real name). I have been following you up and I thank you for your contributions towards eradicating injustices towards the girl child. This is my story.

I was born in a village down here in the east. My parents are core believers of cultures and they ensure that everything the culture says is what they do. We are 5 kids in the house: 4 girls and a boy.
When I was 14years, I had this privilege as a dormitory student of bathing together with fellow girls. To my greatest surprise, I discovered that I have a different type of vagina compared with most of the girls there. I asked my mother later but there was no serious answer.
I had sepsis and serious infections. I also experienced serious painful menstruation. But this was not just my only plight. I am 26years now, married but sincerely Nk, I hardly get aroused by my husband. The mention of sex scares me a lot and I do wonder why many girls say it is enjoyable. I fake orgasm and feel seriously in great pain. My husband has complained about this a lot. He said my vagina does not look normal.
I learnt recently that why I suffer all these was because I was mutilated. I have no clitoris and no labias. I keep wondering if what I have is a vagina or another thing.

Please what is the solution to my problem?
